Each year, the Omaha Scottish Rite participates in Celebrating the Craft, an online telethon which raises money for our RiteCare Speech and Language Clinics and the House of the Temple Preservation Foundation. The House of the Temple, the Scottish Rite's governing body based in Washington, D.C., is on an ambitious program to renovate their world-reknown century-old headquarters to include state-of-the-art museum and meeting space, which tell the story of America's Freemasons going back to Colonial times.

This year, we are hosting a family-friendly RiteCare event beginning at 3:30, with the Cat in the Hat videos and stories for RiteCare kids and families. At 5:30, we will have a pasta dinner open to members, RiteCare families, guests and friends and air the "Celebrating the Craft" web-a-thon from the Scottish Rite House of the Temple in Washington, DC. There is no cost There is no cost other than a goodwill offering, with all proceeds supporting RiteCare Clinics.

Babysitting will be available from 5:30 to 7:30, hosted by the Job's Daughters. Please call the office at (402) 342-1300 to let them know you will require the babysitters.

More details will be posted as they become available, so please check back! You can also tune in and watch from any computer or smart device by visiting www.scottishrite.org on May 20th.
