FRIENDS OF SCOTTISH RITE
Let's Raise $65,000 for Speech Therapy
The Friends of Scottish Rite is an evening when the community comes together to celebrate the philanthropies of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha, meet and mingle, purchase on amazing silent and live auction items and experiences, all while raising funds for speech and language therapy for Nebraska children.
A gourmet dinner, a hosted bar, and fine wine and scotch tasting are included in your ticket.
Reservations are now closed for the Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner and Auction. Please mark your calendars for October 19, 2018 for the next Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner and Auction!
Our 2017 Friend of Scottish Rite Honoree
We are particularly honored to recognize Annie Bird as our 2017 Friend of the Scottish Rite award recipient. This award started in 2009 as a way to recognize someone who has made a difference to our fraternity, but quickly became an award that recognized someone who's contributions to the community have made a difference to the families served by and the mission of the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute.
Annie is definitely a woman whose contributions have supported the mission of the Munroe-Meyer Institute. Annie has served children as a speech-language therapist. She has served as a passionate advocate for children with disabilities in the community, including as a Board member and Past-President of the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Board of Directors.
Thanks to the dedication she brings to the Board, MMI continues to expand their mission and presence, serving more children throughout Nebraska.
Please visit our Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner & Auction website for more details about the evening as they become available, including the menu, silent and live auction items, and ways to support the evening.
