Century Club
Founded in 1979, the Century Club has been the backbone of Scottish Rite fundraising. Many of our membership pledge to donate $100 each year. Many have continued this annual donation for years and years, which makes the Century Club so effective.
Century Club donations are used for all of the philanthropic initiatives of the Omaha Scottish Rite, including scholarships, speech therapy, building preservation, and donations to Masonic and community philanthropies.
Century Club donors of $100 or more will be recognized at a special Century Club banquet in July, 2026 (date TBD).
Brethren have asked for a comprehensive list of ways to support Valley of Omaha and Orient of Nebraska initiatives with one check, donation, a monthly or quarterly pledge, or distribution from their Individual Retirement Account. We can do that! Call the Scottish Rite office at (402) 342-1300 if you would like to make a donation of a different amount or donate on a recurring basis.
Started in 2023, the 1914 Society recognizes the year the Valley of Omaha Scottish Rite Masonic Center was completed. Donations or pledges of $250.00 each more go to a special Building Fund, and will be used solely for preservation and maintenance projects of the Omaha Scottish Rite Masonic Center.
In 2025, $96,350 of your 1914 Society donations supported projects including repairs to the elevator, refinishing the ballroom floor, landscaping the Mural Garden, and concrete repairs in the courtyard.
Donations to the 1914 Society through the Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha are recognized as tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Inaugurated in 2009, the 101 Club is through the Scottish Rite Foundation of Nebraska, and supports RiteCare Speech and Language. A donation of $101 represents the cost of one session of therapy.
Donors who give $300 or more are enrolled in the SGIG Society, and will be recognized one a year in the Scottish Rite Journal as SGIG Society Donors. 101-Club and SGIG Society donations support speech therapy, and are 100% tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Rose Croix Society donors pledge $1,000 or more each year through the Scottish Rite Foundation of Nebraska. Donations support RiteCare Speech and Language therapy services through the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute, and make a significant impact on our ability to serve children while reducing the need to draw on endowment savings. Rose Croix Society donations are 100% tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Donors can donate to any combination of these with a one-time gift, monthly or quarterly pledge, or IRA distribution. Please call the Scottish Rite office at (402) 342-1300 to discuss which options may work best for your situation.
Your Century Club donations have supported speech therapy for Nebraska children since 1979.
