On November 2, 3, and 4, 2017, the Omaha Valley hosted the Fall Reunion, welcoming six new 32° Princes of the Royal Secret. Every two years, the Supreme Council for the Scottish Rite of the United States for the Southern Jurisdiction confers the highest honors on Brethren, the Thirty-Third Degree and the Knight Commander of the Court of Honour (KCCH). More than $60,000 Raised for RiteCare at 10th Annual Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner & Auction
Celebrating the 10th Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner and Auction, the Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha had its best year ever for the annual event. This year, the Friends Dinner was held on Friday, October 13th, welcoming a record number of guests – nearly 250 guests filled the Scottish Rite ballroom at 20th and Douglas Streets. Guests enjoyed a hosted wine tasting and fine Scotch tasting, bid on extraordinary silent and live auction items, including a photograph signed by Apollo XI astronauts, vacation packages, fine art, and several beautiful handmade quilts. . .

Each September, the Omaha Valley Scottish Rite makes special presentations, recognizing our 50-Year members and our UNO scholarship recipients. So many Lodges go dark during the summer, losing the members enthusiasm over the hot summer months. The Scottish Rite and the Omaha Area and Masters and Wardens Club decided to revive a past tradition which had gone by the wayside, hosting a tailgate was held at Werner Park in Papillion, followed by the Stormchasers ballgame. . .
RiteCare Classic a great day of golf, supporting RiteCare Clinics
The Scottish Rite golf outing began as a fun event for members, with extra money going to RiteCare. Somewhere along the way, it became a fundraiser in its own right, and in 2014, the golf benefit was rebranded the RiteCare Classic. This year, the RiteCare Classic, held on June 21st at Pacific Springs Golf Club, grossed around $17,000 for speech and language services. . .
