January weather was no deterrent from installing 2020 Scottish Rite Masters and Line Officers, the Cathedral Board, Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha Board members, and Knights of St. Andrew. . .

The Knights of St. Andrew added two new names to the distinguished roster of Knights who have been awarded the Dennis P. Samuelson Service Award. Gary Williams, 32° and Kyle Beckner, 32° join 14 Brethren who have received the award since 2012. . .

The 2019 Friends of Scottish Rite Dinner was a record-setter! This year, the Dinner and Auction was held on Friday, October 25th, welcoming a record 232 guests! Dinner guests enjoyed a hosted wine tasting and fine Scotch tasting, bid on extraordinary silent and live auction items . . .

Wednesday, September 18th was a warm day for the Fall Outing, and we welcomed 160 Scottish Rite Masons, their guests and prospective members for an evening of trap shooting, Husker chops, cocktails and beer at the Papillion Gun Club. . .

The September Lodge meeting is one of the best-attended of the year. The Culinary Masters outdid themselves with grilled salmon, wild rice, and vegetables, and 130 Scottish Rite Masons, guests, and scholarship students with the families enjoyed the dinner. During the evening, we met our 2019-2020 UNO scholarship recipients, and our honored 50-year members. . .

Eleven members of the Orient of Nebraska Scottish Rite and seven wives went to Washington, D.C. for the 2019 Biennial Session of the Scottish Rite and Coronation of the new 33° Inspectors General Honorary. . .
