Strength and Support that only membership creates

"To do that which it is right to do..." is the guiding force for Scottish Rite Masons, which we share with the community.

We have also linked this page to the Supreme Council Sentinel Database for all Scottish Rite Members in the Southern Jurisdiction.  Click here or on the button below to update any address or email changes to help us better communicate with you during the year.

We are here to serve you the best we know how.  If you wish to pay your dues online, try it now.  You can always call the Scottish Rite office at (402) 342-1300 if you have any questions.

We appreciate your commitment to continue your membership in the Scottish Rite and want to “Thank You” in advance.  Remember, KEEP YOUR CURRENT DUES CARD. We will send you a current year's sticker to place on your card. A new dues card is not issued.

The most important part of the Omaha Valley Scottish Rite is the members.  A solid membership is what makes the fraternity strong and viable in the community.  Maintaining our presence, building and activities, requires membership dues and donations from Members like you.  Although our fraternity is centuries old, we try to stay with the mainstream when it comes to communications of our newsletters, calendar of events and opportunity to pay your dues and donations online.

Simply click on the dues option below and your dues option will be added to the cart. Simply add your membership number from your membership card, check out with your credit card, and you are good to go! You can even go back and add to the cart KSA dues or Duck dues as well!

Joining a Lodge

To be a Scottish Rite Freemason, you don't have to be Scottish (despite the name, the Scottish Rite represents a French tradition of Freemasonry), but you do have to be a man of character, serve your community, and want to associate with men of equal integrity. Your first step is to be a Freemason and join a local Lodge. There are 16 Lodges in greater Omaha, each meeting at different locations and times. Once you petition a Lodge, you will receive the three "degrees," which are conferred in a dignified ceremony you won't forget. As a "Master Mason," you are both encouraged to stay involved with your Lodge, but also to explore membership in the Scottish Rite, the Shrine, and York Rite Freemasonry. Each of these groups have their own unique history and purpose.

To learn more about Scottish Rite membership, visit the "How to Apply" link above.

If you are interested in joining the oldest fraternity, call us at (402) 342-1300 or e-mail us at contact@scottishriteomaha.org. We would be happy to meet, talk to you about the Freemasons, and help you find a Lodge that meets on your schedule and time.
