General Secretary

David S. Greenberg brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to his role as General Secretary of the AASR, Valley of Omaha. A polymath with a BSCS degree and a minor in industrial electronics, David also holds an MBA, has completed graduate work in Computer Science and Manufacturing Engineering, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Over the years, he has owned and operated real estate, management and technology consulting firms and has worked for major corporations, managing multi-billion-dollar departments across the trades as well as the Healthcare, MRO, Printing, and security industries.

A leader with a broad vision, David will combine his extensive background in business, technology, the trades, and community service to lead our Valley of Omaha with purpose and dedication."


Masonic Background

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David is deeply involved in Freemasonry. A member since 2009, he belongs to five Lodges across Illinois and Nebraska, two Shrine Temples, the York Rite, High 12 International, and both the Southern and Northern Masonic Jurisdictions.



 

He currently serves as the Assistant Secretary in two Lodges, the Chaplain of the Knights of St. Andrew, the Sr. Deacon of Albert Pike Lodge 333, and several committees. Having served as Past District Deputy Grand Master in Illinois, he now represents the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Illinois AF&AM as the Grand Representative to Nebraska.
