Michael J. Precella, 32° KCCH

Michael Precella was born in Houston, TX and was raised in Nacogdoches, TX. After high school graduation, he attended Texas A&M University and served as both First Sergeant and Commander of Squadron 7. He served on the Governor’s Honor Guard and was a distinguished military graduate with a degree in Modern Languages.

Mike has a Master’s Degree in human resource management from Golden Gate University. He served for nearly 28 years in the Air Force as a nuclear operations specialist and Space officer. After retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel, he continues to serve as a Joint Training Specialist for the Joint Training and Exercises Directorate of United States Strategic Command.

Mike met and married his wife Jane at Texas A&M. Their grown sons live in Omaha, NE and St. Louis, MO, respectively. Mike is an avid golfer and college football fan.


Masonic Background

Mike was raised in George W. Lininger Lodge #268 and served as Chaplain for a number of years. He currently serves as the Director of Wardrobe for the Scottish Rite.



Mike is a member of Tangier Shrine. He was invested with the Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in 2019.
