Brother Mike Stuhr was born and raised in Grand Island Nebraska; however, he and wife Staci have resided in Omaha for the past 33 years.  Mike and Staci have two adult daughters, Caryn and Megan; two sons-in-law, Ryan and Jason; and one grandson, Howie.

Most of Mike’s working years involved Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Services starting as a Field Paramedic and advancing to Division General Manager for Nebraska and South Dakota.  He currently serves as Director of Transportation for Immanuel.


Masonic Biography

Stuhr’s Masonic journey started as a youth member of Grand Island Chapter, Order of DeMolay.  As an adult, he has served as an advisor and state staff member for many different chapters. He has also served as Executive Officer of Nebraska DeMolay on two different occasions totaling nearly 15 years.  His service to DeMolay also includes many terms on the Board of Directors of DeMolay International.

Brother Mike was raised to the Sublime Degree

of a Master Mason in Craftsman Lodge #314 in 1976.  He joined the Scottish Rite in Hastings Nebraska in 1984 as well Tehama Shrine in the same year.  Stuhr served as Worshipful Master of Mizpah Lodge #302 in 2018 and as Worthy Patron of Trinity Chapter #299 in 2011.  He has also served as a member of the appointive Divan of Tangier Shrine.

Stuhr is currently serving as the Grand Senior Deacon of the Grand Lodge AF & AM of Nebraska.
