Bob completed all three Scottish Rite Master Craftsman Programs, the third Mason to do so in Nebraska.

Venerable Master, Knights of St. Andrew

Bob grew up in a military family and lived in numerous locations throughout the globe until finally settling down in Georgia in 1973.  Bob became a U.S. Citizen in 1979, then served in the U.S. Army for 30 years as a helicopter pilot and logistician, retiring as a Colonel.  After retirement, he worked for a large railroad company as an operations manager for 19 years, leaving that to work for the U.S. Department of Transportation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Citadel, and a MS degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Bob was raised as a Master Mason in John J. Mercer Lodge #290 in 2010 and was accepted into the Scottish Rite later that year.  He is currently an officer in the Chapter of Rose Croix and Chairperson for the Valley of Omaha Scottish Rite VMAP Member Retention/Engagement Committee.  Bob has served as Committee Director for the Valley of Omaha Scottish Rite Membership Recovery Program and Chair of the Knights of St Andrew Constitution and By-Laws review committee. 

Bob is also a member of Tangier Shrine, the Shrine Wise Ashes club and VFW Post #2503.
